It is not easy learning to live in a different country. I am sharing my experiences and hope someone will find it useful whether living here in Greece or any other country.

Earthquakes
Something you have to get use to I guess. I have felt
a few in my lifetime, most were minor and only lasted a
few seconds. A couple of nights ago, I felt the biggest
so far. Funny, it is a weird feeling, I was sitting and
I could feel the floor move. First thing you stop and think
"is this real"? Then you wonder if the worst is going to
happen.
First thing is not to panic or run if you are outside.
Get away from electric lines and anything that can fall
on you. If you are inside don't go outside until it is
safe. Most people want to look and see what is going on.
Driving on the roads, pull over and stop. Stay inside
until it is safe.
I hope I never have to witness any of this, but this
is something to think about if you are planing to move
to Greece.
The world is changing in weather patterns all over just
not in Greece.
