It is not easy learning to live in a different country. I am sharing my experiences and hope someone will find it useful whether living here in Greece or any other country.

BEAUTIFUL ROMANTIC GREECE

RHODES, GREECE

Another time to relax and see some more of Greece.  A short airplane ride, smooth flight, a
small snack, (not seen on many airlines these days).  Arrival was beautiful, bright sunshine
and warm for winter time.

First animal in the wild was goats. They run and roam free, nice to watch, but cause some
problems for some people.  Donkey's nice to watch and feed, as my tour guide does above.
As the saying goes "the green grass is always better on the other side".

Many places to see and only one week, some day's rain and little cold.

Old Town Castle

Rhodes, 360 degrees beauty all around.

Beauty and adventures everywhere we go, and I never forget the food. Believe it or not salad
above is complete meal and will carry you over to next meal with no problem.

Yes, Rhodes is small island, but everything you could ask for. Beaches for swimming, restaurants
if you are hungry, many places to shop if you have lady friend, nightlife for fine dining, got to
have coffee shops.

Not much into ratings, but I give Rhodes 4 stars, and I visit again in near future when tourists
come and a little warmer.

Thanks for reading and I hope to see you next time as I continue my new life and exploring
Greece and seeing more one place at a time.

OLD DOORS

Most people have a hobby or something to do to pass the time away.  I have noticed in
my walking and visiting other towns here that old doors on homes are interesting, so I
decided to start taking pictures. I'll share a few with you.

Doors on church.

Outside a castle.

Someone's home.

The doors on churches are the most inspiring to me. Gorgeous colors of golds and black. The
homes of citizens are also nice and everyone seems to have their own taste.
Seems like it will take a lifetime to see the beauty and history of Greece.  I guess I have just
scratched the surface, but I'll keep at it and keep everyone up to date on my new life.

ENJOY FREE

The best things in life are free.  Just take a look at me.
Nice park, is free, fresh air is free, watch ducks in pond is free, warm sun is free.
Meeting people is free, maybe buy something from farmers to help them in their life.
That is also free, you free your soul of anxiety, bitterness, and hate.

People say in these days of troubled worlds "nothing is free anymore", they are wrong.
Make your life a little more simple, don't set your goals for best money can buy, how much
you have. Take advantage of what our father gave us and use it wisely.

Everything was put on this earth to survive.  Take a little sometime and just relax and
think, and I believe you will agree with me The Best Things In Life Are Free.
