It is not easy learning to live in a different country. I am sharing my experiences and hope someone will find it useful whether living here in Greece or any other country.

TIME TO RELAX

My 90 days on my passport come to an end December 26th, 2012. So it was back to the USA
to apply for a visa. I won't get into details, but my best advice is to have a Greek speaking
friend.  There is a lot of red tape to go through and a mountain of paperwork, yes and some
waiting involved.  Patience is the key and if you research and get your papers in order the visa
process will go faster.

My trip back to Athens was more relaxing with my visa in my pocket and knowing my soulmate
will welcome me back. Now my time has come to relax, meet some more people, try
more of the delicious food and sweets Greece has to offer.

Looking forward to summer and warmer weather. I love the out doors and sunshine on my face,
crystal clear sea to swim in, waking up to brilliant sunrises, and breath taking sunsets. Music and
watching people is my favorite. I can go to a park and sit and watch people as they talk and
just have the feeling of what they are talking about.

As time permits and the good Lord is willing I plan to visit other countries in the surrounding
areas. The world is out there all you have to do is establish your priorities in life, plan your
future, suffer through hard times and be determined to never give up. Dreams are not just for
children, they do come true if you set your mind to it.

I go here often. Is interesting and fun to watch. After watching is many places of interest to see, all in walking distance. Is a nice place just to maybe take a Saturday or Sunday and enjoy all the history and beauty Greece has to offer.
